RX 415, RIKEN KEIKI-O2 AND HC GAS MEASURING EQUIPMENT

Measures gas concentrations in a tank in LNG, LPG, Product tanker, crude tanker, and inerted tank also.

This model gas detector sensors provide detection of HC/O2 levels even in N2 and other inert environments. The measuring ranges are 0-100%LEL or 0-100 vol% for HC and oxygen 0-25 vol% . The RX-415 has explosion-proof and intrinsically safe construction so that it can be used safely in any environment.

1.INSTRUCTION-

• Hold the power button pressed for 5sec.
• Press the enter button on-preparation.
  • -probe and filter check.
    • -sensor check
    • (equipment will take 30sec for warming up).
• Hold the zero button and adjust zero set ok.
• Now ready for operation.
• Hold power button for stop

2.MEASURING GAS

• Oxygen
• Hydrocarbon(by vol. And lel).

3.GASES FOR CALIBRATION

• For hc-iso butane,50% lel and balance  n2.

… or…for hc-iso butane,10% lel and balance  n2.

• For oxygen-n2 99.99% by volume.

4.CALIBRATION PROCEDURE

1. Get ready equipment for operation.

2. Press pump and zero adjustments simultaneously.

(press escape button to select o2 calibration.)

3. Connect sampling bag to inlet(required cal gas).

4. Wait till reading get stable.

5. Press +/- to adjust the concentration of cal gas.

6. Press enter.

7. Now display HC calibration.-adopt same procedure.

8. Press escape ........... To return main menu.
